Burberry Fitness provides personal training programmes designed to increase your running performance by improving your muscular strength and endurance.

Taking up running or undertaking a challenge such as a marathon can be a daunting process. I will work closely with you to develop training plans bespoke to your ability, timeline and goals. All plans include nutritional guidance, including race prep and fuelling strategies to ensure you preform at your best.

I offer this service for all abilities and fitness levels in and around Edinburgh. Either in the comfort of your own home or at Musselburgh Rugby Club. All equipment will be provided.

  • Free 60 minute in person consultation and training area assessment

  • 1-2-1 sessions either in your home or at Musselburgh Rugby Club

  • Individual periodisation plan to structure required peak performance

  • Free fitness tracking app access

  • Video analysis (if applicable) 

  • Enhanced nutrition guidance including event fuelling strategies.

  • Weekly App Check in

  • Weekly performance reviews 

What to expect:

  • Once order has been processed a gift voucher will be posted out to you

  • The gift voucher can only be used once and is non refundable

  • All gift vouchers must be used within 12 months of purchase

  • Availability is subject to demand and on mutual agreement with Burberry Fitness

  • Hours of operation Monday to Friday 7am -8pm and Saturday 7am - 2pm
