A thorough and individualised training plan will be developed focused around your personal goals and requirements, whether that be increased strength, weight loss, performance training, improved mobility and flexibility, or even just motivation for getting outside! 

I offer mobile personal training for all abilities, ages and fitness levels in and around Edinburgh. Either in the comfort of your own home or at Musselburgh Rugby Club. All equipment will be provided.

  • Free 30 minute in person goal setting and training area assessment

  • 1-2-1 sessions either in your home or at Musselburgh Rugby Club

  • Weekly App Check in

  • Detailed progress report every 4 weeks 

What to expect:

  • Once order has been processed a gift voucher will be posted out to you

  • The gift voucher can only be used once and is non refundable

  • All gift vouchers must be used within 12 months of purchase

  • Availability is subject to demand and on mutual agreement with Burberry Fitness

  • Hours of operation Monday to Friday 7am -8pm and Saturday 7am - 2pm
